The County of San Diego MHSA Community Services and Support Plan (CSS) was submitted to the Mental Health Board on Thursday, December 1, 2005, and to the County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, December 13, 2005.

The CSS Plan had been revised in several ways after the 30-day public comment period, as described in the attached cover letter.

These attachments offer a quick glance of specific CSS programs and budgets for all age groups included in the complete CSS Plan. Due to the large size of the MHSA Community Services and Supports (CSS) Plan document, (over 500 pages) the file is not attached. Instead, use the following hyperlink to access the page online and the San Diego Network of Care for Mental Health Website to preview the complete CSS Plan:

We are grateful to all stakeholders who provided input and to the MHSA Workgroup members who synthesized input and made recommendations for this Plan during the past year and during the 30-day public comment period. The Department of Mental Health is expected to release guidelines for four additional MHSA components: Capital Facilities and Technology, Prevention/Early Intervention and Innovations, and Education and Workplace Development. Thank you for your support in this process. We will continue to keep you informed as to the status of the MHSA implementation via our Mental Health Network of Care Website.
